- Tech Citadels Solutions is a professional services firm that advises, builds and runs. It deploys private enterprise AI platforms, manages open-source infrastructure, modernises existing applications, and builds custom software. The distinguishing choice is that everything runs in infrastructure the client owns rather than a vendor tenancy.
- Where does the software run?
- In the client environment. Tech Citadels deploys into the cloud account or datacentre the client already owns, never into a Tech Citadels tenancy, so the client keeps custody of their data, their infrastructure and their model traffic.
- Which clouds are supported?
- AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, OpenShift, and the client's own datacentre. Workloads can be placed in any region, which matters where data residency is a requirement rather than a preference.
- What is in the enterprise AI platform?
- LibreChat as the interface staff use, LiteLLM routing models at the core, and MCP servers connecting the platform to the databases, CRMs, file stores and internal tools the business already runs. It uses the client's existing SSO and carries their branding.
- Which AI models can be used?
- Any commercial provider, plus local models running on the client's own hardware. Routing is per task, so a cheaper model handles routine work and a stronger one handles the rest, with automatic fallback when a provider fails.
- How many open-source tools can be deployed?
- More than 400, spanning databases, applications, AI models and DevOps tooling. Each is deployed hardened, backed up, monitored and kept updated, with 24/7 on-call behind it.
- Does Tech Citadels work outside the United Kingdom and United States?
- Yes. Tech Citadels Solutions serves clients worldwide and deploys in any region. Engagements are remote-first, with forward deployed engineers embedded alongside the client team.
- How does an engagement start?
- With a conversation rather than a quote. An engineer, not a sales representative, responds to the first enquiry, and the opening step is a scoping consultation that establishes what the client already runs and what needs to change.
- Does Tech Citadels place engineers and designers into client teams?
- Yes. People are placed four ways: embedded on a client project, on contract as staff augmentation, permanently onto the client payroll, or as a managed squad run by Tech Citadels against agreed outcomes. The disciplines are backend and DevOps, full-stack, data and AI, security, and UX and product design, and candidates are assessed by practitioners in their own discipline rather than by keyword matching.
